Feel seen
We begin by slowing down enough to name what is actually happening.
Kris Smith
A life transition. A relationship under pressure. A career that no longer fits. Shame that keeps circling. A version of yourself you have outgrown and cannot quite replace yet. I help people in the messy middle feel seen, find their footing, and move toward the life that is actually theirs.
“Kris has some sort of superpower of reflecting back to people their greatness, or what he sees in them that would be helpful for them to receive.”
— Mike Elliott , Relationship Expert
A Little About Me
I became a coach because I needed one. I know what it is to be disoriented, spinning, unsure which way is up, and to come out the other side changed.
I know transition, pressure, shame, depression, family, work, change, and the strange middle where the old map stops working.
Read my storyWhat Coaching Looks Like
This is not advice from a distance. We work shoulder to shoulder. I listen closely, notice what matters, and help you stay with what is true long enough for the next step to emerge.
We begin by slowing down enough to name what is actually happening.
We look for the patterns, pressures, desires, and choices underneath the noise.
We keep returning to the life you want, one honest step at a time.
Writing
I write about transition, the benefit of help, the power of being noticed, and the honesty of being human.
